Schedule of Condition

We assess the current condition of the building and advise on the improvements needed.

Dilapidations

We can provide dilapidation surveys both mid term, and end of term for landlords and tenants. This service can include negotiations on your behalf should you wish. Each case is assessed on an individual basis and advice is provided to the client tailored to each specific scenario.

Party Wall

We can advise whether the works are notifiable under the act if you or your neighbour is planning to do works on an existing wall, ceiling or floor structure shared with another property, building on or at the boundary with another property of excavating near a neighbouring building.
