Health and Safety

 

At VARO, health and safety is at the core of every project we manage. We assist clients in complying with their statutory duties and, with our skills, knowledge and experience, can assist in achieving industry best practices before, during and after construction.

 

Principal Designers

 

We provide project specific advice including Design Risk Management, and work with the designers and contractors to ensure health and safety is considered throughout the design, construction and occupation of buildings. We are able to communicate with all parties at Design stage and we create specific “Pre-construction information” reports tailored to each specific project.

 

Site Visits

 

We work closely with end users and other contractors to provided site specific health and safety project advise, auditing the sites and helping clients to understand their duties and responsibilities under the CDM 2017 Regulations.

 

Fire Risk Assessment

 

When the building is in occupation we assist landlord and tenant to ensure their buildings are safe. We provide Fire Risk Assessments that comply with all legal requirements.
